We want you to love your new plush companion, but if you aren't completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Prepare the Package
Carefully place your Squishable in its original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the tags are still securely attached.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Bring your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
